ESCENA IN PALM SPRINGS.....

Escena Palm Springs is envisioned as an eclectic desert residential enclave encompassing a wide range of up to 1,450 residences designed in the classic Spanish and mid-century modern architecture of historic Palm Springs. The first offering of homes is expected to premier in early 2007 when Escena Palm Springs has its official grand opening.

The centerpiece of the gated residential enclave will be the golf club complete with a championship Nicklaus designed daily fee golf course with adjacent mid-century modern-style clubhouse expected to include a restaurant, dining rooms, a large terrace lounge, men's and women's lockers, and a golf shop. The 101 year old Hueco Ranch is approximately 17 miles east of the city limits of El Paso, Texas in El Paso and Hudspeth Counties and includes approximately 47,000 deeded acres. The western edge of the ranch lies at the foot of the Hueco escarpment, at elevations below 4,500 feet. Huego Ranch has extremely valuable water rights. It has easy access from highway 62-180. The ranch has been designated as suitable for a Wind Power Electric Generator Station.
